What I actually do for service, e-commerce, and local websites
Six areas of work. Every project starts with an audit, because guessing which one a site needs is how months get wasted.

01
Technical SEO
For sites where the content is fine but Google cannot crawl, render, or trust it.
Full site crawl in Screaming Frog plus a Search Console coverage review, so we can see which pages Google ignores and why.
Index bloat cleanup. Faceted URLs, internal search pages, and paginated duplicates get canonicalised or blocked.
Core Web Vitals and page experience checks, scoped to the templates that carry traffic rather than the whole site.
Indexing and rendering checks, including what the crawler actually sees on your template pages.
Redirect and URL structure checks, so changes to the site do not quietly cost rankings.

On-page and content strategy
For sites publishing a lot and ranking for very little of it.
Keyword map built around buying intent and margin, not search volume alone.
Cannibalisation audit. Pages competing with each other get merged, redirected, or repointed at a different query.
Page templates for categories, products, comparisons, and integrations, so new pages ship without a new debate each time.
Briefs your writers can work from. Structure, entities to cover, internal links, and the specific pages we are trying to beat.
Quarterly pruning. Posts that earn nothing get updated, merged, or deleted on purpose.

Link building and authority
For sites that deserve to rank and are being outweighed by weaker pages.
Link gap analysis against the three competitors actually taking your clicks.
Guest posts and blog submissions on relevant sites, built around what the site can genuinely be cited for.
Profile backlinks, classifieds, and business citations, kept to sources that are actually indexed. No link farms.
Local and niche directory citations, with NAP details consistent across every one.
Ongoing link audits to keep the profile clean as the site scales.

Local SEO
For businesses whose customers search with a place name attached, or no place name at all.
Google Business Profile setup, categories, services, and the listing details local results depend on.
Location and service-area pages that are genuinely different from each other, not one template with the town name swapped.
NAP consistency across the directories that still carry weight, plus cleanup of duplicate and hijacked listings.
Review monitoring and local business listings kept accurate across directories.
Local citations and directory listings that only carry weight in your own city.

E-commerce SEO
For stores where the money sits in category and product results.
Category and collection architecture, including which filter combinations deserve an indexable page.
Product page work. Unique copy where it pays, review schema, variant handling, and out-of-stock rules.
Faceted navigation rules so filters stop generating thousands of thin, near-duplicate URLs.
Organic Shopping visibility for Shopify stores, including the product data that feeds it.
Shopify and WordPress. Those are the platforms I work in day to day.

06
WordPress and Shopify SEO
For teams who need the SEO work implemented, not just recommended.
On-page implementation in WordPress, Elementor, and Shopify: titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content updates.
Internal linking and site structure work done directly in the CMS rather than handed over as a list.
Technical fixes applied in the theme or template where the platform allows it.
Schema and structured data added to service, product, and location pages.
Search Console monitoring after changes ship, so regressions get caught early.

Questions I get asked
Before you email
How long before we see results?
Technical fixes can move things in weeks. Content and links take three to six months to compound. If someone promises faster, ask what they are buying.
Do you write the content yourself?
I handle keyword mapping, briefs, and on-page content optimisation myself. For volume writing I work with a writer.
Will you work with our developers?
Yes, and I prefer it. Where there is a developer I hand over clear, prioritised fixes; where there is not, I implement in WordPress, Elementor, or Shopify myself.
What time zone are you in?
India, UTC plus five thirty. I have worked with clients in the US and Canada and keep evening hours for those calls.
Can you guarantee rankings?
No, and neither can anyone else. What I commit to is a documented plan, work shipped every month, and honest reporting on what it earned.
Not sure which of the six you need?
That is what the audit is for. Send me your domain and I will tell you if there is enough upside to bother.
